The Care & Keeping of Us

A grown-up guide to the bodies we were never taught to understand

This educational series was created for every woman who grew up without a handbook for her health, her hormones, or herself. Inspired by the nostalgia of The Care and Keeping of You, this project brings fresh, honest information to help you feel more in tune with your body, your needs, and your care.

This series explores the full lifecycle of adult menstrual health, with real talk about hormones, products, hygiene, doctor visits, and more. Whether you're cycling, perimenopausal, or post-menopausal, this guide is here to help you feel informed and supported at every stage.

Throughout the week, we’ll be adding supporting documents right here and in our Empowerment Collective Facebook group. These printable guides, checklists, and prompts are designed to help you connect more deeply with your own care and feel confident navigating it.

You deserve care that makes sense for you. You always have.
