Career Support at Empowerment Collective

This is a community driven space for practical career support. Whether you are job searching, thinking about a change, or feeling stuck or burned out, you are welcome here. You do not need to have your next step figured out to get started.

Anyone is welcome to explore and use the resources shared here. This project is intentionally centered on women, including cisgender and transgender women, and gender expansive people, whose career experiences are often shaped by inequity, bias, and limited access. For that reason, our events, networking spaces, and expanded support offerings are designed specifically for those communities.
