Our Impact So Far

The Empowerment Collective is powered by impact. Every resource we create, every campaign we launch, and every event we host is rooted in community. This page tracks our progress, showcases our partnerships, and keeps us accountable as we grow.

Since our launch in early 2025, Empowerment Collective has:

  • Hosted our Women’s Day Celebration (March 2025) with about 70 attendees, where we uplifted local voices and female-owned businesses, showcased volunteer efforts, offered homemade games, a full spread of food, giveaway gifts, and highlighted Empowerment Collective’s resources to grow community interest.

  • Launched DIY Dissent events that provide educational tools, hands-on activities, and a welcoming community atmosphere for like-minded people to feel comfortable discussing current events and taking action. These events include sign-making stations, letter-writing templates, and QR codes for petitions.

  • Built the Protect Your Rights action center and Michigan Know Your Rights hub to simplify civic education and provide quick-access advocacy tools.

  • Created a growing library of educational series and toolkits designed to simplify complex political topics, highlight local and national issues, and give people actionable steps they can take right now.

  • Partnered with I Support the Girls and Teen Clean Closet for the She Deserves Better. Period. donation drive, collecting hygiene and menstrual supplies for women and girls in need.

  • Where passion meets action. Since launching in 2025, Empowerment Collective has been building community-powered tools, events, and resources to drive civic change. Every project here reflects collaboration, care, and creativity from everyday people who are ready to make a difference.

Indivisible Fighting 9

Empowerment Collective is proud to work in close collaboration with Indivisible Fighting 9, a grassroots political organization fighting for equity, democracy, and accountability right here in Southeast Michigan.

This partnership reflects more than shared values… it’s built on deep, active collaboration. Our founder, Jordan Greubel, currently serves on the Fighting 9 leadership board, helping drive strategy, outreach, and community programming across the region.

Together, we:

  • Organize local civic actions and events

  • Host educational workshops and voter empowerment campaigns

  • Mobilize support for key legislation and resistance efforts

  • Create accessible tools for community engagement

This partnership helps strengthen our impact on the ground while keeping our work rooted in collective power.
