She Deserves Better. Period. was a local donation campaign focused on menstrual equity and dignity. We collected new, unopened menstrual and hygiene products to support women, teens, and LGBTQIA+ individuals across Metro Detroit who are experiencing crisis, poverty, or housing insecurity.

This campaign was part of The Care & Keeping of Us series by Empowerment Collective, a community-driven effort to meet people where they are, uplift each other through action, and fight for access, care, and respect for all.
