The book we grew up with didn’t prepare us for this part. So we made a series that does.

Dear You,

You’ve grown up. But no one gave you a handbook for womanhood.
You’re navigating your health, your hormones, your hygiene, your heart, all while trying to hold everything together.
It can feel like you’re supposed to just know how to care for your body, your brain, and your sense of self.

This space is here to fill in the gaps with honesty, humor, and care. The kind you give to others but do not always give yourself.

Whether you’re trying to understand your cycle, find the right period products, advocate for yourself at the doctor’s office, or just want to feel less alone, you are in the right place.

We built this for the girl inside us, the one who was never taught what she needed to know. And for the woman you are now, who still deserves better.

Love,
The Empowerment Collective
