This is a community driven space for practical, grounded career support.

Stack Trace exists for people navigating work systems that were never designed with them in mind. Whether you are job searching, questioning your next move, recovering from burnout, or feeling stuck without a clear answer yet, you are welcome here. You do not need to have your path figured out to begin.

This project starts from a simple truth. When careers stall, collapse, or feel impossible, it is rarely because someone did not try hard enough. More often, it is because the system failed to support them.

Anyone is welcome to explore and learn from the resources shared here. This work is intentionally centered on women, including cisgender and transgender women, and gender expansive people, whose career experiences are disproportionately shaped by inequity, bias, and structural barriers. For that reason, our events, networking spaces, and deeper support offerings are designed specifically with those communities in mind.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about understanding the system, navigating it with clarity, and building something more sustainable together.
